Cabinet Refinishing (Painting) is the process of sanding and stripping the existing coating on your existing cabinet doors, drawer fronts and frames. Then spraying a New Finish to change their appearance. This can be done with a new stain color or paint color. The important point is that we do not install any new cabinet pieces in the refinishing process. You keep the exact cabinets and doors you have, we just make them look fantastic! We do commonly see customers replace the hardware in this process, but it’s a personal preference.

Cabinet Refacing is the process of replacing all the cabinet doors, drawer fronts and end panels with New Custom Made, Solid Maple Doors in your choice of style. The cabinet frames will then be painted (sprayed) in your home to be an exact match with your new color choice. New hardware (handles and soft close hinges) can also be installed.

There’s only 1 major difference between our Cabinet Refacing and Cabinet Refacing Plus+ Service. Instead of Painting the Cabinet Frames as we do with our standard Cabinet Refacing process, with the Cabinet Refacing Plus+ process, the boxes are covered with a veneer to match the new doors being installed. Refacing Plus+ requires the highest investment and takes the most time to complete.

In most cases, our cabinet painters can complete a job in less than a week. The timing might vary depending on the size and number of your cabinets.

Our team will remove all the drawer faces and cabinet doors and will complete that entire process at our facility. The Cabinet Frames / Boxes will be completed on-site.

No. We do not use brushes or rollers to paint your cabinets, but commercial spray methods that deliver a factory-smooth finish that does not streak, puddle or pool.
